We're looking for a Deputy Manager for one of our new homes in Tyldesley.
Wareing is one of our new purpose built, homely, spacious and specialist homes in Tyldesley, Manchester, supporting 4 adults with autism and learning disabilities to be independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.
In your role as Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager.
You will lead a team of care professionals, foster a strong safeguarding culture, and ensure our high standards are upheld every day.
We are looking for someone who is confident in managing the day-to-day operations of the home, someone who can support the Registered Manager to achieve the highest standards of care and empowering the people we support to become more independent and achieve their own individual outcomes.

Satisfactory references are also required.
