About the role Contractual Hours 35.00 About the role The Agile Delivery Manager is accountable for technical delivery of change across multiple products and/or features, ensuring alignment across multiple agile delivery teams who coordinates technical change activities across multiple Agile teams, providing delivery coaching as required. The Agile Delivery Manager will have the gravitas to be able to track and report on delivery status to multiple stakeholder groups, in addition to being accountable for continuous improvement of change delivery activities for multiple functional/product areas. In addition, the Agile Delivery Manager will act as a Coach for senior management teams, stakeholders and customers in Agile practices to ensure adoption of best practice from the top-down and is able to influence and lead cross functional delivery and process improvement initiatives across the organisation. Key accountabilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies across your product areas, including some organisational wide planning activities ensuring they take place, are positive, productive and professional Relentless focus on delivering value, and comfortable with challenging cross functional delivery teams to ensure value is delivered Raise awareness of impediments, then facilitate the removal in our mission to continually improve Work with other Agile Delivery Managers to increase the effectiveness of Agile Delivery throughout the organisation. Skills, qualifications, and experience Educated to Degree level in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent professional experience Significant experience of leading and managing multiple cross functional delivery Agile teams Scrum Master and/or RTE certified and extensive experience in a previous similar role An Agile enthusiast able to flex methodologies according to an organisation and its customers’ needs The Gravitas to be able to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management and exec Demonstrable experience of multiple delivery successes delivering value to clients on time and within budget Demonstrable Experience of leading and driving agile delivery transformation across organisations.
