Ward:Cotswold Inpatient Eating Disorder
Pay Rates: £22.99 per hour
Shift Patterns: 37.5 hours per week Mon - Fri 9am- 5pm

Main duties of the job
To manage a varied caseload, progressing toinclude complex and at times highly complex cases.
To provide occupational therapy that isevidence based and follows client centred principles. This will include assessing, planning,implementing, evaluating the outcome of interventions and documenting allstages of the process.
To provide leadership forjunior/non-registered staff as appropriate to the post, through supervision andappraisal, progressing to delegating responsibilities as appropriate.
To participate in the planning, developmentand evaluation of the Occupational Therapy service within a designatedarea/team, progressing to holding responsibility and taking a leading role fordefined projects or specialist interventions.

Person Specification
Travel
* Ability to travel between sites and to regional meetings.
Qualifications
* Professional registration with the Health Care Professions Council.
* Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Experience
* Broad knowledge and application of OT in mental health.
