Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Support Assistant located in Shireoaks. The Sales Support Assistant will be responsible for supporting the sales team in their day-to-day activities. This includes handling client inquiries, preparing sales materials, and maintaining customer records. The role will also involve coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.


Responsibilities

* Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities, including handling client inquiries and preparing sales materials.
* Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Support order processing and communication with clients to facilitate a smooth customer journey.


Qualifications

* A keen interest in international trade, logistics, and customs brokerage.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in sales, or customer service in a related industry is a plus.
* A proactive and flexible attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
* Second European language would be an advantage.
