About the Role
As the Registered Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, overseeing compliance, staff performance, care quality, and business growth. This is an opportunity to build your branch, shape its future, and be recognised for your leadership.
Salary & Benefits:
* £35,000 – £40,000 base salary (depending on experience)
* Additional pay for on-call duties
* 27p per mile travel reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and supervise the care team to provide exceptional support to clients
* Oversee recruitment, staff training, supervisions, and performance management
* Ensure the delivery of person-centred care that meets CQC standards
* Manage client reviews, assessments, care planning, and rota coverage
* Promote a positive team culture and safe working practices
* Maintain quality assurance, safeguarding and Health & Safety standard
You’ll Be a Great Fit If You:
* Have experience managing domiciliary care services or teams
* Hold a clean driving licence and own transport
* Can work every other weekend and provide on-call backup
