Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
HQ: Paignton (full time onsite role)
Role Overview:
The SDR will focus on generating qualified leads and securing high-value first-time appointments (FTAs) with senior decision-makers. This is a growth-oriented role offering a clear path to progress within business development for ambitious candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound telemarketing campaigns to engage potential clients.
* Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach.
* Book first-time appointments (FTAs) with key decision-makers.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and appointments in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine messaging and target lists.
* Share feedback from conversations to support the wider business development strategy.
