SENIOR CUSTOMER INSIGHT ANALYST UP TO £80,000 LONDON The Company: Join a fast-growing, data-driven organisation that has recently undergone a major analytics transformation, embedding insight and data science into the heart of its decision-making process. The central Analytics team partners with marketing, commercial, product, and finance teams to deliver high-impact insights and drive strategy across multiple markets. This is an opportunity to influence decisions at C-suite level and shape the direction of a business that is committed to becoming truly data-first. The Role: You’ll work within the central analytics team, using deep-dive analysis and data visualisation to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business growth. Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll be a key player in enabling a data-driven culture and helping to shape the strategic direction of the business. Key responsibilities include: Delivering deep-dive analytics to investigate business challenges and identify growth opportunities Acting as a subject matter expert for customer insight, producing recommendations that influence commercial and marketing strategies Partnering with senior leadership, including C-suite, to drive key initiatives forward Integrating online and offline data sources to create a 360° view of customer behaviour Collaborating with data scientists on model development, including churn and retention propensity models Designing, building, and maintaining interactive dashboards in Power BI for self-serve insights Presenting analysis to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and commercially relevant way Fostering a data-first culture across the business by championing analytics best practices Your Skills: Proven experience in an analytical role, focused on customer analytics Experience in customer focused projects such as customer lifetime value, propensity, churn, segmentation and more Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R preferred Expertise in building interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Solid understanding of statistics and advanced analytical techniques Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience influencing senior leadership Confident communicator, capable of translating complex analytics into actionable insights Collaborative, proactive, and able to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams How to Apply: If you’re ready to deliver insights that influence decisions at the highest level, send your CV to Noah at Harnham via the link below.
