167 Solutions is partnering with a global enterprise seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, governance and optimisation of their Salesforce estate. This is a strategic contract assignment with a focus on stabilising the platform, reducing legacy technical debt and improving data quality across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Role Overview You will define and own end to end Salesforce solutions, provide architectural assurance and embed strong governance across the organisation. A key part of the role is supporting the development of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence, while addressing legacy debt, data duplication and long term scalability.
Key Responsibilities Lead architectural design across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and wider multi cloud environments.
Translate business requirements into secure, scalable and well governed Salesforce solutions.
Establish governance frameworks covering standards, design assurance, release cycles and change control.
Drive the creation and maturity of a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
Tackle legacy technical debt and support data deduplication, data quality improvements and long term stability.
Provide architectural leadership across configuration, custom development, integrations and data modelling.
Conduct technical design reviews, impact assessments and ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.
Work collaboratively with product owners, analysts, developers, partners and senior stakeholders.
Technical Experience Required Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect in large scale or global environments.
Strong hands on knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Deep understanding of platform architecture, data modelling, security and automation.
Experience addressing legacy debt, data deduplication and platform stabilisation.
Strong grasp of API integrations, middleware and multi system architectures.
Background in establishing or contributing to a Salesforce Centre of Excellence.
Experience embedding governance, standards and quality assurance.
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect or similar are highly desirable.
Personal Attributes Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Structured, methodical and able to balance strategic thinking with hands on detail.
Confident in solution decision making and championing best practice.
