An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Property Lawyer to step into a leadership role as a Conveyancing Team Leader / Supervisor. This position offers full flexibility with the choice of hybrid or fully remote working, giving you the work/life balance you deserve.
Role & Responsibilities
* Managing and supervising a conveyancing team, providing ongoing advice and support.
* Handling your own caseload of residential property files, including:
o Freehold and leasehold transactions
o Sales and purchases
o Remortgages
o Property transactions from instruction to completion
o Ensuring compliance with the full residential conveyancing process.
