Join Us for an Exciting Opportunity as a Learning Support Assistant (Personal Care) in West London!!Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (Personal Care)Location: LondonSalary - £19 -£22 per hour Contract: Full-timeStart Date: SeptemberAbout the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support students with special educational needs (SEN), including those requiring personal care.This is a rewarding role working closely with pupils who may have autism (ASD), profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), or physical disabilities, helping them access education and develop independence.Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
* Assist with personal care needs (toileting, feeding, changing, mobility support)
* Support students with communication and emotional regulation
* Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities
* Use specialist equipment where required (e.g. hoists, sensory tools)
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
* Monitor and record student progress
About You
* Experience working with children or young people (SEN, care, healthcare, nursery, or similar)
* Comfortable supporting personal care needs
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Willingness to learn and undertake training
Desirable:
* Experience with ASD, PMLD, or complex needs
* Moving & Handling / Hoist training
* Background in care, support work, or health
