Location: Ipswich
Salary:£35,000 basic plud bonus OTE 45k plus
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5:30pm, alternate Saturday mornings on rota

Role Overview Service Manager
* Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the service department
* Drive performance through effective leadership, coaching, and development of the service team
* Ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and professionally
* Monitor departmental KPIs and implement strategies for continuous improvement
* Collaborate with senior management and other departments to ensure seamless business operations
* Maintain compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies
Requirements Service Manager
* Previous experience as aService Manageror in a similar senior service role within the automotive industry
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
* A customer-first mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in service management systems and reporting tools
* Full UK driving licence
