What you’ll do
* Deliver telephony solutions, translating business and end-user call routing requirements into working solutions using Cisco UCCE components.
* Design and integrate custom applications on Voice & Contact Centre Platforms, collaborating with project teams and Vodafone customer account teams.
* Produce detailed application design documentation and support designs through to completion.
* Support project lifecycle as a subject matter expert, providing technical input for application build and customer transition/migration plans.
* Manage application delivery, coordinating with third-party vendors, internal teams, and customers to meet requirements.
* Assist in resolving technical issues and delivering service enhancements for contact centre solutions.
* Complete unit testing and support Vodafone and customer testing teams.
* Ensure knowledge sharing within Vodafone teams and successful handover of customer solutions into support/operations.
Who you are
* Experience with Cisco UCCE components.
* Experience with MI/reporting tools, including SQL & CUIC dashboard.
* Strong SQL skills for data management, reporting, and integrations with UCCE.
* Experience working with APIs, databases, and scripting for platform integrations.
* Understanding of networking principles, VoIP, SIP, and telephony systems supporting Cisco UCCE.
Experience with ICM (Intelligent Contract Management) and CVP (Customer Voice Portal) is desirable.
