Deputy Home Manager - Children and Young People

£31,332 rising to £33,549 per annum basic (£15.45 - £17.05 per hour) plus an additional £62.64 for sleep ins
Key Requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People; a Level 4 or higher is desirable.
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a residential children’s home, either as a Senior or Deputy.
* Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
* Experience with budgets and rotas.
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
