What You'll Be Doing
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor to a diverse portfolio of customers across the Shropshire, Herefordshire, and Worcestershire region. Your mission? To uncover what truly matters to your clients-and deliver tailored, high-impact solutions that drive results.
You'll:
Spend time in the field, on-site with customers, and working remotely.
Deep dive into customer challenges to uncover hidden opportunities.
Build and execute strategic business plans that exceed revenue and profit targets.
Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless, solution-led service.
Use data and insight to stay ahead of market trends and competitors.
