Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location: Remote Access to Belfast Business Hub Salary: £25,000 Commission Opportunities We are partnering with a fast-growing, creative business, operating within the corporate gifting and branded merchandise space to recruit a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their expanding commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially driven sales professional with proven cold calling and outbound sales experience to join a high-growth business working with well-known brands across employee engagement, onboarding, events, and client gifting. While the role is primarily remote, successful candidates will also have access to a dedicated business hub, providing the opportunity to collaborate in person with the wider team, share best practice, and benefit from a strong team culture. The Opportunity This role is heavily focused on outbound business development and cold outreach, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, target-driven environment and enjoys building relationships from scratch. Working closely with the wider sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging key decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings through proactive outreach across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
