Project Quality Lead (Site Based) 6 month contract South East London We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Quality Lead to oversee all quality-related activities across multiple high-voltage substation construction sites with varying levels of complexity and technical input. This role is critical to ensuring construction activities are delivered in compliance with project-specific quality requirements, contractual obligations, and organisational standards. Key Responsibilities Ensure quality-related project activities and services are implemented effectively by contractors on site, in line with project quality requirements. Prepare, review, and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) in collaboration with subject matter experts. Ensure construction site teams and subcontractors comply with quality management system requirements. Facilitate and support inspection and testing activities in accordance with the project quality plan. Inspect completed works and implement corrective actions where required. Identify, manage, and drive timely close-out of non-conformances. Support mitigation of quality-related risks and contribute to the development and implementation of effective solutions.
