National Account Manager Tayto Group Ltd is one of Northern Ireland's leading crisps and snacks manufacturers. We currently have a vacancy for a National Account Manager based in Northern Ireland. Main Responsibilities Maintain and increase sales and distribution of the Tayto product portfolio Manage a range of Head Office accounts across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland Agree promotional plans, JBPs and overall P&L by account Budget setting, forecasting and sales administration by account Use third-party sales data to set distribution targets, sales trackers, planograms and core range Drive business development within the Convenience and Retail channels Set annual sales targets and KPIs Build strong customer relationships within major accounts Execute promotional activity, NPD launches, POS and planograms through the wider sales team Develop plans to increase space, range and POS in store Communicate regularly and effectively with the team, holding regular team meetings Report directly to the NI Sales Manager Requirements Current driving licence valid for the UK and Ireland Minimum 2 years experience managing Head Office accounts At least 3 years relevant sales experience within the FMCG market Excellent communication skills with the ability to work on your own initiative Self-motivated with strong time management skills Ability to work under pressure with strong communication and organisational skills Good numeracy skills and strong commercial awareness Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word) Confident in delivering presentations internally and externally
