We are looking for a new colleague to join our team and help us look after our estate of photobooths, photo printing machines, and key cutting machines. Full training and a company vehicle will be provided.
Field Service Engineer - Full Time
45 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days
Salary: £28,782 per annum + bonus scheme
Location: Fife, UK
We are seeking a candidate based within approximately 10 miles of Fife, but you will travel around the surrounding areas to service machines.
We pride ourselves on amazing our customers and colleagues. You would enjoy multitasking and using your initiative to ensure all of our photobooths, photo printing kiosks, and key machines are operational and well-maintained, turning first-time customers into loyal clients.

Starting salary is £28,782. After successful probation, you will be eligible for an uncapped monthly bonus, often around £400.

Key Responsibilities
* Replenish and restock machines
* Carry out preventative service visits within a designated territory
* Complete site surveys for new machine installations
* Clean machines to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers
* Perform cash removals and deposits
* Carry out repairs as part of ongoing maintenance
* Manage stock on-site and in vehicles responsibly
* Support or cover for holiday absences of other field engineers
* Build strong relationships with colleagues and concession partners
* Maintain a professional appearance, wear the correct uniform and name badge, and ensure machines are left in better condition than found
