Description We’re looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven Programme & Portfolio Analyst to join our DTO Technology team on a Fixed Term Contract. This role sits at the heart of delivery, providing strong financial, governance and operational support across a complex technology portfolio. You’ll work closely with programme managers, finance, procurement, vendors and onboard teams to ensure robust controls, accurate reporting and smooth day‑to‑day coordination. What you'll be doing Managing procurement and financial governance, including completing SAB (Sourcing acquisition Board) requests, POs, invoice processing, cost tracking and capital reporting Acting as a Timesheet Super User, ensuring accurate submissions, approvals and resource allocation Coordinating On Company Service requests and operational logistics, liaising with onboard and inventory teams Supporting programme and portfolio governance, including reporting, SteerCo packs, stage gates and assurance activities Maintaining risk, issue and change control logs, tracking dependencies and closing actions Supporting project lifecycle activities, including inductions and project closure About You Experience in a PMO, programme analyst, portfolio support or financial governance role Comfortable working with procurement, finance and timesheet processes Highly organised, accurate and confident managing multiple workstreams Strong stakeholder skills, with the ability to work across technical, finance and operational teams Proactive, resilient and comfortable working in a governance‑led environment Why Join Us Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK09, offered as a full-time position, on a 9 month fixed term contract, with hybrid working including up to two days from home.
