Working as part of the property team, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors contacting us by phone or online. You’ll also be responsible for accurate record keeping and data management, financial management including banking, and supporting the team with group bookings. You’ll be based at Speke Hall but also support the wider property group including the Beatles’ Childhood Homes, The Hardmans’ House and Formby. You’ll promote the great work being done on site by gathering content for and sharing newsletters and upcoming event information in and around the local community, as well as across the site at various visitor touchpoints. You’ll use your strong people skills to establish good working relationships with property colleagues, as well as providing a fantastic experience to visitors whether in person or via digital media. This role supports a busy group of properties that welcomes over 1.6 million visitors every year.
