Credit Controller - £13,000 plus up to £3k Bonus - Part Time 20 hours per week - 3 days office / 2 days remote
The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join our Chester team. This is an important role where you will support the branch in managing and maintaining relationships with approximately 600 active customer accounts.
1. Minimize over 60 days debt by effectively managing collection activities and resolving account issues.
2. Process payments from customers, including cheque and credit card payments.
3. Maintain accurate CRM records through data entry.
4. Handle customer inquiries and disputes, liaising with the sales team and branches to resolve issues.
