Key Requirements:
* Stand alone role with team growth expected in 2025
* Solid stats working experience within Pharma or CRO
* Strong study design experience
* CRO / Project management oversight
* Flexibility in certain areas to offer support e.g regulatory side
* Data management – outsourced to CRO – ability to oversee DM & Programming capabilities
* Budgeting experience beneficial
* Good development potential – looking to grow team over time
* Support from other statisticians
* Professional development training
