As Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Overseeing teams across print and finishing producing labels for the Pharmaceutical sector
* Planning and scheduling work across the team
* Quality control
* Implementing and monitoring KPI’s
* Implementing and monitoring continuous improvement
Key attributes required:
* Experience as a Production Manager, Shift Manager or similar within the labels sector
* Strong understanding of printing and finishing machines and materials
* Hardworking, with a commitment to going above and beyond for customers
* Willingness to learn and ‘can do’ attitude
* Experience overseeing operations, with responsibility to scheduling work, ideally in a fast paced environment
