We are currently recruiting for a passionate Science Teacher to join a supportive Alternative Provision Secondary School based in Harrow, working with students aged 11-16. This school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment, helping students to unlock their full potential with confidence while focusing on core subjects to prepare them for life beyond school. They are currently seeking a Science Teacher to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 on a full-time, long-term basis, starting in October. Responsibilities of a Science Teacher: Maintain and follow the safeguarding and health & safety policies of the school. Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4. Support students with a range of needs, including those displaying challenging behaviours. Differentiate lessons to suit individual learning styles and abilities. Create a positive and structured classroom environment that promotes learning and respect. Work collaboratively with support staff, mentors, and senior leaders to meet students' academic and emotional needs.
