In this fast-paced, client-focused role, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle across a diverse range of industries, helping businesses find the right talent while building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their hiring needs and workplace culture
Create and manage engaging job adverts across multiple platforms and social media channels
Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.)
Support candidates throughout the recruitment process—from initial contact to interview preparation and offer negotiation
Accurately maintain and update client and candidate records within the recruitment database
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide consultative support to clients and candidatesWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Recruiter, or in a similar role (agency or in-house)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational abilities and the capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in using recruitment systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
A solid understanding of recruitment practices and sourcing techniques
