We are seeking a talented 2nd Chef to join our team in a small kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and culinary excellence, with the ability to assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations effectively. Accommodation is in our recently renovated staff area - no caravans or chalets. Assist the Head Chef in overseeing food production and maintaining high standards of quality - Help in menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation - Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen - Support inventory management and ordering of supplies - Contribute to maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment - Step in to lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef Previous experience working in a hospitality environment as a 2nd/Sous Chef or similar role - Proficient in all aspects of kitchen operations including food production, cooking techniques, and culinary skills - Join our team as a 2nd Chef and be part of an exciting culinary journey where your skills and passion for food will be valued and developed.
