As they continue to grow, they are seeking a driven Renewables Operations Manager to take ownership of installation delivery and support the long-term success of their renewables division. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule renewable energy installation projects Coordinate installation teams and allocate resources efficiently Organise scaffolding, materials, and subcontractors Liaise closely with customers before and during installations Conduct occasional site visits to monitor progress Manage G98/G99 grid connection applications Oversee commissioning and system handovers Complete installation and certification documentation Ensure compliance with NICEIC, MCS and all relevant electrical regulations Assist with annual NICEIC assessments Maintain high standards of health & safety across all sites Ideal Candidate Essential Electrical industry experience Strong organisational and project management skills Excellent communication and customer liaison abilities Comfortable coordinating installation teams and subcontractors Working knowledge of electrical compliance and certification Desirable Experience in solar PV installations Knowledge of G98 / G99 grid applications Familiarity with MCS processes Experience supervising installation teams Whats on Offer £42,000 £50,000 per year depending on experience Company vehicle or allowance Career development within a rapidly expanding renewables division Long-term progression opportunities Supportive and forward-thinking company culture Location & Work Pattern Field-based across West Yorkshire & North Yorkshire Full-time, permanent position Apply Now If you're ready to take the next step in your career, click Apply Now.
