Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Housing Support Worker to support vulnerable young people on a permanent basis.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Housing Support Worker:
Deliver person-centred support, including regular one-to-one sessions tailored to individual circumstances.
Assist individuals in maintaining their accommodation and working towards positive future housing outcomes.
Complete and maintain support plans, reviews, and risk assessments.
Support individuals to access benefits, manage personal finances and understand their financial responsibilities.
Conduct regular property visits and basic health and safety checks within accommodation settings.
Maintain accurate records and update relevant internal systems.
Promote safeguarding.
Essential Requirements of the Housing Support Worker:
Full UK Driving Licence
Enhanced DBS
