As we grow across the UK and into international markets, we’re looking for a commercially-minded, hands-on Operations & Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.
What you will do:
As our Operations & Logistics Manager, you'll take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain across procurement, warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics—spanning both the UK and EU. You’ll work across teams and with third parties to ensure efficient, scalable systems that support business growth.
Your key areas of impact:
Supply Chain & Procurement
* Lead procurement operations and supplier relationships.
* Negotiate with suppliers to optimise cost and product margin.
* Forecast and plan to meet changing demand across all channels.
Warehouse & Fulfilment
* Manage inbound stock, accuracy, and rotation.
* Oversee UK & EU 3PLs and warehouse partners.
* Optimise systems like Zenstores and Amazon FBA.
EU & International Logistics
* Ensure EU regulatory compliance and customs readiness.
* Manage B2B and B2C fulfilment in European markets.
* Handle international freight and courier relationships.
Amazon Channel Management
* Oversee forecasting, stock levels, and compliance across Amazon UK & EU.
About You
You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in a growing SME environment. You know how to streamline operations, manage multiple third-party partners, and improve efficiency while keeping a sharp eye on the bottom line.
You’ll bring:
* 3+ years in operations, logistics or supply chain (FMCG or ecommerce ideal)
* Strong experience with Amazon Seller Central and FBA (UK & EU)
* Hands-on experience with EU import/export and logistics compliance
* Proven ability managing 3PLs and freight partners
* Strong skills in forecasting, procurement, and cost negotiation
* Familiarity with tools like Xero, Zenstores, and inventory platforms
* Excellent communicator and team collaborator
