Advanced Nurse Practitioner
Regional Role Covering Our Homes in East Midlands and Worcestershire
£65,000 per annum
35 hours per week
Sanctuary Care are offering a fantastic opportunity for three new Regional Advanced Nurse Practitioners to join us in delivering our innovative, Nursing Times finalist, Clinical Strategy.
We are looking for people who are highly skilled and motivated to be a part of this pioneering new concept, transforming adult Social Care nursing. Delivering Advanced Practice, developing the knowledge and skills of our clinical teams to keep residents at home for longer, improving outcomes and experiences.

What will you be doing?
* Supporting the Head of Clinical and Advanced Practice in implementing and delivering advanced practice across the organisation.
* Providing autonomous clinical advice, leadership and education to our nursing and residential homes.
* Delivering expert care through clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation – always with compassion and professionalism.
* Collaborating with GPs, community services, hospitals and internal teams to ensure residents receive the right care, at the right time.
* Leading frailty-focused triage and assessment via phone, video and in-person, helping avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.
* Mentoring nurses undertaking advanced training and contributing to clinical improvement projects and research.
* Developing and maintaining clinical policies, procedures and competency frameworks.
* Driving measurable improvements in resident outcomes through innovation and clinical excellence.
What will you bring?
Qualifications & Registration:
* Current registration with the NMC and a degree in nursing.
* MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice or relevant modules.
* Registered non-medical prescriber.
* Full, current UK driving licence
Experience:
* Proven recent experience in Advanced Clinical Practice within health or social care.
* Demonstrated use of advanced practice skills across all four pillars.
* Experience in clinical leadership, non-medical prescribing, diagnostic reasoning and assessment.
* Participation in research and applying evidence to practice.
* Experience working across professional boundaries and with multi-disciplinary teams.
* Background in education, teaching and practice development.
* Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritise demands and lead improvement projects.
* Experience in change management and supporting challenged services.
