HVAC Engineer Role As a HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at the facility, by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance. Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety. Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine best course of action for equipment modifications. Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric control systems used for building. This includes heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment. HVAC Engineer Requirements High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Valid driver's license required for this role Experience and knowledge with Boilers, HTHW ,HVAC systems, BMS, Pressurisation units is essential.
