Are you an experienced CQC Registered Manager in the learning disabilities sector looking for a new challenge?\n\nOur client is a national provider of residential learning disabilities services and is seeking an experienced CQC Registered Manager to lead a 13 bed residential service located in a residential area of Nottingham. It is a large property on an attractive street and within easy walking distance of public transport to access many local amenities.\n\nResponsibilities include:\n\n * Recruiting and inducting Support Workers\n\n * Managing the service effectively inline with CQC standards\n\n * Set up and review care packages and work with support staff to provide the best possible service\n\n * Supervising and supporting your teams\n\n * Attending regular meetings with your clients, CCG contacts, peers and management\n\n * Rota planning\n\n * Carrying out risk assessments\n\n * Delivering training to team members\n\n * Incident management, investigations, disciplinaries and grievances\n\n * Providing regular reports and updates\n\nRequired Experience:\n\n * Level 5 NVQ or working towards\n\n * Confident with MCA and DOLs\n\n * Expertise and knowledge of working within the care sector\n\n * The ability to carry out assessments and devise care plans and risk assessments\n\n * The ability to carry out and document risk assessments\n\n * Experience of managing Support Workers\n\n * Excellent communication skills\n\n * The ability to organise a busy workload and prioritise effectively\n\n * A working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance within the care industry\n\n * A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle\n\n * Experience dealing with complex behaviours
