I'm working with a well-established client in Glasgow who is looking to add a Payroll Assistant to their dynamic payroll team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a finance background who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Processing weekly payrolls and associated invoicing.
Managing statutory deductions and manual payroll calculations.
Generating regular payroll reports.
Resolving payroll-related queries from internal teams and employees.
Maintaining accurate payroll systems.
Administering statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.).What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator, handles payroll queries professionally
Problem-solving mindset, comfortable with payroll complexities
Highly organised, meets tight deadlines under pressure
Team-focused, proactive and collaborative
Proficient in Excel, Word, and payroll systems
