To support the front of house team to create and maintain the quality of operation, service and product that reflects the company’s reputation.
What you must be able to do
* Always demonstrating the best possible level of service.
* Ensuring your allocated tables are taken care of during service.
* Continually building upon your company and product knowledge.
* Taking orders and processing them on EPOS.
* Reporting any problems or issues with guests to the manager on duty.
* Taking food and drink orders to tables.
* Working in accordance with the Food Safety Act, health and safety regulations and The Licensing Act.
* Ensuring that the Restaurant remains tidy and is set-up for next service.
* Being presented with a clean well ironed shirt and apron, permitted jewellery only, and clean and tidy nails and hair.
* Working the till area, making hot beverages and preparing cutlery and side plates for service.
