BAM FM delivers facilities management services across the UK providing bespoke support services to our customers and we are recruiting a cleaner to be based at Tudor Grange Yew Tree Academy in Solihull.
20 Hours per week
Working 3.00pm - 7.00pm Monday - Friday.
Pay: £12.21 per Hour.

Making Possible
• Cleaning in accord with the specification for the premises.
• Clean floors, walls, partitions and internal woodwork as appropriate.
• Clean toilets, changing rooms and other sanitary areas.
• Collecting and appropriate disposing of waste.
• Clean and maintain waste bins.
• Refill and replace consumables.
• Report faulty equipment & other maintenance requirements to appropriate person.
• Lock rooms after cleaning.
• Ensure lights and other equipment are switched off as appropriate.
• Promote and ensure the health and safety of staff & visitors at all times.
• Ensure compliance by self and others with all health and safety policies and COSHH procedures.
Your team
You will be working with a team of Cleaners in a school which will require you to have a DBS which we will process for you.
Employment type - Part Time.
Schedule working 20 Hours per week 3.00pm - 7.00pm - Monday - Friday.
