Graduate Programme - Business to Business Sales, Trowbridge
We are looking to recruit four talented graduates who want to work in the field learning their trade, working in an exciting and dynamic B2B environment.
The ambition of this programme is to train, develop and support you to become successful in new business acquisition as a sales manager in two years.
The first two years will involve spending time in two of our growing B2B divisions (Healthcare, Care Homes, Education, or Local Authority), learning the apetito proposition and supporting the team in mobilising new business, trade shows, and with existing customers. You will develop key skills in managing and growing existing relationships, and understanding the importance of a commercial focus to expand business from within.
Subsequently, we will support you in winning new business and cultivating long-term relationships. You will hone your skills in building proposals, presenting to customers, and closing new business aligned with your targets.
Our B2B units offer a comprehensive 'product, system, service' solution that helps our customers deliver nutritious meals to their patients, residents, or pupils, meeting complex needs while saving time and money.
As a graduate, you will gain firsthand experience through diverse projects, understanding the sales process and the impact apetito makes on our customers’ lives. No two days will be the same.
This role is a key entry point into understanding the workings of a B2B business, supporting and delivering activities to grow our existing customer base through account management, building long-term relationships, and achieving KPIs.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various business units and colleagues across the company.
