Role Overview: Support pupils across the primary age range, including those with additional needs. Provide 1:1 or small group interventions as directed by the class teacher or SENCo. Assist with lesson delivery, classroom organisation, and behaviour management. Work closely with teaching staff and contribute to a positive learning environment. Candidate Profile: Previous experience working with children (in school or other settings) is highly desirable. A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach. Able to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with pupils. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is beneficial but not essential.
