Salary:£96,000-£108,000
PQE Level: 2-5 PQE

Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a fast-growing Top 30 City law firm is looking to hire an ambitious non-contentious restructuring & insolvency associate into their well ranked team within their City based office.
* Debt for equity swaps
* Refinancings
* Distressed M&A
* Debt restructuring
* Schemes of arrangement and restructuring plans
* Litigation and recovery actions
