The Role
* Partnering with department heads to support strategic decision‑making
* Leading on budgeting and forecasting processes
* Providing meaningful insights and analysis to drive performance
* Supporting project accounting across a range of innovative initiatives
* Challenging and influencing stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes
About You
* Studying or qualified (ACCA/CIMA), or qualified by experience
* Currently in a Management Accountant or similar role and ready for that next step
* Commercially minded with the confidence to influence and challenge
* Comfortable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
* Forward‑thinking with strong planning and analytical skills
