This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with special educational needs and make a real difference in their education. The Role: Supporting students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties Working 1:1 or in small groups to help students access the curriculum Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Requirements: Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential) A caring, patient, and proactive approach Ability to work effectively as part of a team A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply) What We Offer: Competitive pay of £13.75 per hour Flexible working – full-time or part-time options available Immediate start opportunities Ongoing support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant Access to CPD and training opportunities All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
