Looking to join a growing organisation offering flexibility, hybrid working and the chance to make a real impact in a busy office environment? This role is perfect for someone proactive, organised and tech-savvy who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly.

In the Office Assistant role, you will be:
1. Organising purchasing and keeping spreadsheets up to date
2. Liaising with suppliers – chasing orders, organising deliveries and securing quotes
3. Ordering items by email or phone
4. Keeping the company SharePoint system updated
5. Assisting with arranging projects and coordinating with suppliers and customers
6. Compiling job files and ensuring completed jobs are uploaded to SharePoint and sent to clients on time
7. Providing general office support and handling customer queries by phone and email
To be successful, you will need:
8. Previous administration and office experience
9. Strong IT skills with confidence in Excel and the ability to learn SharePoint
10. Excellent organisation and attention to detail with the ability to manage your own workload and work independently
11. A proactive approach and willingness to support where needed
12. Good communication skills for customer and supplier liaison
This is a part time temporary to permanent role working up to 24 hours per week and offers flexible days. You'll be based in Conwy with hybrid working options available (will need to be able to attend Conwy offices to), and on an hourly rate of £13 per hour plus holiday pay.
