As Sales Administrator, you will work as part of the Customer Support team in Ultraseal, you will be offering administrative support in Customer Service.
A key role in our company goal to continue to exceed customer expectations
Tasks
* To process customer orders in accordance with Quality Processes.
* Completion of Contract Review Process.
* Maintaining and processing Ultraseal Consignment Stock Customer Agreements plus Customs Database encapsulating Imports, Exports and PVA reports, .
* Supporting Commercial Team in generation, recording and preparation of quotations.
* Distribution of MSDS as per customer requirements.
* Compliance with all site EHS and Quality Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
* Minimum of GCSE’s in Maths and English required.
* Extensive experience in a similar sales administration role.
* Competent in the use of Microsoft office.
* Experience of using Sage 1000 preferable.
