The Role As Project Manager, you’ll oversee generator installation projects from initial handover through to final commissioning. You’ll work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and our internal teams to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from handover to completion Attend project handovers and review all scope and delivery requirements Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations Coordinate engineers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient, safe delivery Monitor and control project budgets, financials, and cash flow Keep project records updated using Protean (CRM) Ensure full compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards Manage suppliers, purchase orders, and invoicing timelines Contribute to appraisals for project administrators and engineers Travel regularly to project sites across the UKWhat We’re Looking For Background in mechanical, electrical, or construction project delivery Proven project management experience—budgeting, planning, and delivery Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, adaptable mindset Confident using IT systems and project software (e.g., CRM tools) Ability to work across sites, from home, or in the office as needed Willingness to travel across the UK as part of the roleWhat We Offer Competitive salary 28 days holiday plus bank holidays Private healthcare All travel, food, and hotel expenses covered when working away Death in Service benefit Outstanding Employee Assistance Programme Clear senior progression paths within a fast-growing business
