Responsibilities: Provide nurturing care to children across all age groups, from babies to preschoolers. Engage actively in understanding and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage principles. Participate in various aspects of learning and development, fostering imaginative play and providing necessary resources. Maintain excellent communication with your team members and families, ensuring a supportive environment for all. Interact with children both indoors and outdoors, facilitating their growth and exploration. Offer positive language and support to children who may be facing challenges. This involves regular catch-ups, check-in emails and calls. Your employer will agree to give you 20% of your working hours solely towards your study. This will give you every chance to achieve the highest grade possible! On completion of this 12 month apprenticeship you will have gained; Early Years Educator L3.
