Are you a recent graduate looking to start your career in education? A friendly, inclusive primary school in the BS13 area of Bristol is looking for a motivated Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join their team.
This full time role is perfect for graduates who want to gain hands on classroom experience while making a real difference to children's learning and development.
The role:
Support the class teacher with delivering engaging, age appropriate activities
Work with pupils one to one and in small groups, including those who may need extra help
Encourage positive behaviour and help create a calm, inclusive classroom
Help with classroom organisation, displays and basic admin tasks
Support children's social, emotional and academic development throughout the day
Follow safeguarding procedures and report any concerns promptly
