Shift; Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Our client has an exciting opportunity to join their fast paced manufacturing company as an Account Manager. Our client, a specialist in manufacturing and powder coating steel components to the POS/ shop fit / Retail sectors are seeking an individual to strengthen their Sales Team to assist with delivering a seamless service to their client base.
The successful individual will be tenacious, confident, resilient and a go-getter with the ability to use their own initiative to meet set KPI’s, targets and SLA’s.
The Role;

First point of contact for the customer, discuss their order in detail, recording the quotation accurately and ensuring attention to detail at all times
*
Discuss options available to the customer (material, size, services)
*
Estimating and quoting from initial to concept to design leaving site
*
Present the quote to the customer and secure order
*
Project manage each order to ensure the client is satisfied with the service received
*
Attend regular meetings with the Head of Departments to ensure they are fully briefed on new projects and gain an update on progress of current orders
*
Resolve complaints and handle any enquiries that come in
*
Manage each order from initial call through to delivery, checking progress, liaising with departments and keeping in regular contact with the customer
*
Identify opportunities for up selling
Our Ideal Candidate;
*
Knowledge in the POS/POP industry is advantageous, however not essential
*
Proficient in all Microsoft packages
*
A sound knowledge of POS / Retail industry including metalworking process
*
Excellent communication skills with the ability communicate at various levels
*
Proactive individual who uses own initiative
*
Highly organised and ability to drive projects forward to completion
*
Resilient and capable of resolving complaints in a professional manner
*
Enthusiastic, motivated and driven to succeed
*
Experience in Project Management would be advantageous, however not essential
