About the Opportunity
An established market leader in the manufacturer of industrial doors and equipment is looking for a driven and commercially focused Sales Manager to join their UK sales team. This is a new role for the business as they look to launch their new High Speed door product onto the UK market.
With a strong presence across Europe, they offer end-to-end solutions, including installation, modernisation and maintenance, ensuring optimal performance for their clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role will focus on securing new sales of High Speed Doors, working with developers, architects, and contractors within the logistics, warehousing and industrial sectors. You will take ownership of the product, developing the sales and go-to-market strategy, and drive revenue for the division.
Core Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities
* Conduct site surveys and attend pre-contract/design meetings.
* Generate and revise technical quotations using internal systems.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth project handover and client satisfaction.
* Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting.
* Utilise knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles to influence specification and drive conversion.

* Proven track record in B2B field sales, focusing on the High Speed door sector
* Strong network of contractors, developers, and architects in the construction of logistics parks or industrial units.
* Resilient and persistent – experienced with long sales cycles and project-based work.
* Comfortable working with technical drawings/specs and engaging confidently with construction professionals.

Location & Travel
This is a field-based role operating on a national basis. Regular travel to client sites is essential. Occasional international travel may be required.
