Your responsibilities as Production Operative
* Monitor product quality across the production line to maintain standards
* Support press operators to keep production running efficiently
* Carry out inspections, audits and quality checks
* Ensure products are completed accurately within agreed timescales
* Assist with the movement of materials and finished goods
* Maintain a clean and organised working area to support smooth operations
What we’re looking for in a Production Operative
* Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
* Strong attention to detail when handling products or processes
* Understanding of quality control or inspection processes
* Ability to follow processes and work to set production targets
* Good communication skills within a production setting
