Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent care, celebrate achievements, encourage fun and creativity, and engage directly with the wider community to help individuals gain independence and live healthy, happy and fulfilling lives.
* You will support people in their home and in their local communities, with working patterns including full-time, part-time and flexible opportunities.
* Participate in training opportunities to develop your skills and grow within social care (as part of a dedicated training programme).
About The People And Their Home
The people at Cloverdale enjoy activities such as bike riding, swimming, dance classes, Zumba, seated exercise classes, sensory therapy including storytelling and music, visits to the cinema and theatre, bus trips and country drives.
Support workers at Cloverdale work alongside individuals to provide the level of support required for them to be as independent as possible and to enjoy life. This is different for every person and includes all aspects of life and what’s important to them. From learning new skills, being part of the community, building relationships and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, no day is the same.
About You
It would be advantageous to have some experience of healthcare work for this role, but it isn't absolutely necessary as we provide full training. As long as you're passionate, hard-working and empathetic, you'll fit right in.
