In-House Commercial Contracts Paralegal / Legal Executive Our client, a property management company, is looking to recruit an In-House Commercial Contacts Paralegal / Legal Executive to join their Gloucestershire based Legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for Dealing with a wide range of commercial contracts, NDA's, supplier agreements Drafting legal documents Providing first-line legal advice (property and commercial contracts) Conducting legal research across both UK and international jurisdictions. You will play a key part in translating complex legal issues into clear, practical guidance for internal stakeholders and assist in managing the full lifecycle of legal documentation. Previous compliance experience would be beneficial. You will be an LLB or LPC graduate and will have at least 2 years commercial contracts experience gained within a legal support role, such as paralegal, legal advisor or In-House Legal Advisor. You will be confident at research such as: case law, legislation, and regulatory obligations. The client is also open to considering qualified Legal Executives for this role. For this role it is essential to have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive approach with good attention to detail. You'll be a team player and willing to turn your hand to other duties, should the need arise within the team. This is a dynamic and varied role, ideal for a someone who enjoys working across a broad spectrum of legal areas and contributing to strategic and operational decisions within the business.
